Barry Wittenberg of Corn Roasters West has been a highly successful concessionaire at the ICS World's Championship chili Cookoff events for seven years. His fresh roasted corn is excellent! Corn Roasters West is extremely popular with the public -- it has become as much a part of the World's championship as Chili!!

Two years ago we moved the Championship to Reno, NV. In the preliminary planning of the event, Barry advised me and the ICS on all aspects of food concessions for the cookoff, including setup, menu and contacts.
