Ladies and Gentleman,

It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Barry Wittenberg, owner of Corn Roasters West.

Mr. Wittenberg has been a Concessionaire at the Ventura County Fair since 1992, consistently being one of the five highest grossers each year.

During each Fair, the attitude, cooperation and business operation of Corn Roasters West staff and management was above reproach. They will bend over backwards to sell not only a terrific product, but provide an excellent presentation as well. On many an occasion I have seen their staff strip a corn cob for an elderly Fairgoer or a small child and then watch the delighted look on the very satisfied customers’ faces as they walked away not only satisfied, but impressed as well.

I would highly recommend Mr. Wittenberg’s operation as an asset to any establishment or event. The quality of product and the enthusiastic response from the public is overwhelming.
